HDR Toning

For this project, we had to pick another magazine example and try it out on one of our pictures. I followed the directions step by step, which wasn't that easy bc i couldn't find most of the stuff that they told me to click on, but somehow I found all of them and finished. I am proud of the outcome. This is because it looks really good. I wouldn't do anything different next time.

Enhanced Bevel Effects

For this assignment, we had to do a project on one of the examples in a magazine. I chose the example of the Enhanced Bevel Effects. We had to read in the magazine and do this project step by step. I am proud of the outcome. I wouldn't change anything about it next time.

Christmas Card

For this assignment, we had to make a Christmas card for the troops in  Afghanistan. I was inspired by all the troops fighting for us. I am satisfied with the outcome. This is because it just turned out to be great and it might make the troops a little happier.

Advertisement

For this assignment, we had to make an advertisement. It had to look like an actual one that they put on billboards. I chose to do an advertisement on Twinkies (I think I was hungry at the time).  I love the outcome of this project. This is because it looks great and looks like an actual advertisement.

Perfect Kaleidoscope2

For this assignment we had to choose a picture off the internet and transform it into a perfect kaleidoscope. We had to watch a youtube video to figure out how to do it step by step. It was really easy to do because of the video. I chose to use a picture of these books. I wouldn't do it different next time because I am proud of the outcome. Im proud of the outcome because it looks good to me.

Perfect Kaleidoscope Project

For this project, we had to use one of our pictures that we took or someone took for us (We couldn't get the picture off the internet.) and then we had to transform it to have a kaleidoscope effect. To make sure we did it right, we had to watch a video on youtube telling us how to actually do it step by step. This project was an easy one once when you figured out what you were doing and how to do it. I wouldn't change it next time because I am proud with the outcome. I am proud with the outcome because it looks great, really transformed.

Inside/Outside Anatomy

This assignment, we had to choose two pictures of something. Then we had to combine them to make the inside show outside in some areas. Like a graduate of college on one side (with cap and gown) and then this normal looking person on the other. What inspired me was Christina Aguillera's album cover Bionic. I am satisfied with the outcome. I wouldn't do anything different next time.

Action Painting

For this assignment, we had to play around with the brushes. The painting didn't have to be of anything. We got inspired by Marla because she was only four when she was an artist. I wouldn't do anything different next time because Im proud with the outcome. This is because its just a movement I can see with each brushstroke.

Self Portrait

This assignment, we had to create a portrait of ourselves using 9 pictures. The pictures didn't have to be the same one, but you had to use a filter on the pictures. I used the same picture but copied it, until I got a total of 9 pictures. Then, I rotated some of them and filtered them. Im satisfied with the outcome. Because I'm satisfied, I wouldn't do anything different next time.

Life In Color

This assignment was to take three pictures and make one color stand out on each of the pictures. The color that you picked, had to be used in all three of the pictures. I chose sky blue because it was easy to find and I love the color blue.  I wouldn't do anything different next time. This is because I love the outcome of them. They look great, to me.

What Inspired Me 2

This painting is called Felled Trees On Woldgate and its by David Hockney. This painting inspired me because its different than any other painting. Usually paintings have the actual color of the stuff in it. This painting doesn't and it makes it unique to me. I want my paintings to be just as unique as this one.

This painting is called Kindred Spirits and its by Asher B. Durand. This painting inspired me because it looks really realistic. Also, it has so much detail! It looks great, I love everything about it. When I'm finished with all of my pictures, I want them to be as good as this painting.

Visual Puns

For this assignment, we had to pick four words that could mean something else, like Bookworm and Horsefly. First of all, I approached it by thinking what could also mean this? Then I just started working on all four and couldn't stop. I did the puns Horsefly, Bookworm, Butterfly, and Fan Club. What inspired me was just all the different ideas that you could do. I'm satisfied with the outcome on this project. This is because it all turned out good and looks great, to me anyways.

15 Green Things

For this assignment, we had to include 15 green things that were already picked out for us. If we wanted, we could change the color of the pictures. If you wanted to leave them green, that was okay too. I just decided to leave it green because it goes good together. I tried to try to make everything look like it belongs there. I am satisfied with the work because it looks good together. Also, I'm satisfied with it because I got all 15 things in it. I wouldn't do anything different next time.

Crazy Combo

In this assignment, we had to include all kinds of animals. It didn't matter what animal you chose, you just had to put them all together and get a "crazy combo". I tried to get all kinds of different animals and I tried to make it look like it could be an actual animal. I think I made it look like it, too. All of the other student pictures inspired me. They just made me want to do my best on this project. I am satisfied with the work because it looks like an actual animal, but it's crazy looking. I wouldn't do anything different next time.

Music

This assignment was to create a music design in photo-shop. I had to follow the directions and create a design that I like. I approached this by just doing it in my taste and do what I was told to do. I was inspired by all of the incredible designs that I see everyday. I am satisfied with this because it just came out great. I love how I had to incorporate the all of the colors and not use any different color than what I already had in it. Next time, I wouldn't do anything different.
